Abstract

Nursing is a service for healthful life of mankind which is a moral art in basic mission, and this meaningful activity has been an important part of a long history of human life, and then nurses pledge that is faithfullness in a calling of nursing profession & devotion, christian nureses could be role of a salt & light.
But, in a situation of modern society, there is dehumanized phenomena & mechanical nursing services. They need for return to nature of nursing that is caring & helping mankind in love, with study of nurses´ belief, spirituality, mission & roles.
However, becoming´ nurse is calling & mission of God. She is called to love man & God, after that christian nurses recognize & response that holy vocation.
Christian Nurse´s calling & mssion disccussed in Q a server in a God´s vinyand, salt & light, g the participation of Priest, Prophet, King of Christ, holiness & mission, dignity & calling of women
According to this calling & mission, christian nurses´ roles are a server, mother, teacher and missionary; ①christian nurse as a server : early nursing history, war & nursing, Jesus Christ & christian nurse. service & modern christian nurse, It is a life of caring in neighbor & a witness of charity. ②2 nurse as a mother : mother and nursing history, meaning of mother, mother´s role of nursing, christian nurse and Holy Mother (Mary) , ③ nurse as a teacher : health education, christan & education, education of consiousness, ④nurse as a missionary : christian and mission, medical mission apostolate, spiritual needs of man & nursing, maturity of whole man & spiritual counselling (rememberancer of healing, supporting, leading).
Therefore, this study will be expected by nurses and students in nursing spirit, especially in a profound spirituality and recognition of mission. And christian nurses can be done
faithful profession in the light of practical life, so they share Christ´s love to their neigbor as roles of withness of charity.
Finally, this resecher hope and prospect better and more studies in this field. Thanks be to God !
